Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, fair housing laws require us to not discriminate based on source of income. We can help you navigate this tricky, government based program. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, our team is licensed and have all appropriate licenses/certifications to perform their roles. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, as real estate professionals, we are used to being On Call as needed with our clients and for our Residents. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we can. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, we will send you the lease for review before processing signatures on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we have over a decade of experience focused on real estate sales. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We will deposit the money into your account mid month. We typically process rent disbursements around the 12th, after all rents have been received and cleared, and then there’s a couple more days for the EFT to hit your account. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent from the tenants either via EFT/their tenant portal, or via check in our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Not longer than one year and for some properties we may advise a 6 month lease to start. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We collect one month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We’re ready when you are! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family residence, duplex, tri plex, or four plex. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We can run a specified report at any time for you, or you can log into your owner portal and view any reports at your convenience. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We do.
