Yes, as long as you provide us with a non-refundable holding deposit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Just the first month’s rent and any pro-rated rent for the month you’re moving in. -

Either in person at our office or online through the tenant portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Any animals need to be approved through us. We have some criteria to meet, but overall we love pets and are pet friendly. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
There may be situations where we can negotiate a win win for all parties. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Your lease will specify who pays for repairs and maintenance. We use the standard lease provided by the California Association of Realtors.
