Guarantors may be accepted only if one of the three qualifying areas (credit, income, or rental history) is not met
Rental History or Homeownership: Applicants should provide two years of rental history. If they are currently a homeowner, this will satisfy the rental history requirement, as long as credit and mortgage payment history is in good standing.
Occupancy Limits: A maximum of 6 occupants total is allowed for this unit.
